Electrochemical analysis of indigo carmine using polyarginine modified carbon paste electrode

Suitable electro-catalytic technique is established for the selective determination of Indigo Carmine (IC) at poly(arginine) modified carbon paste electrode (PAMCPE). The surface morphological study done through Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM). different parameters such as concentration, pH and scan rate on response are studied. individual simultaneous performance IC Riboflavin (RF) carried out differential pulse voltammetry. electrocatalytic sensor varied with concentration in range from 2×10-7 M to 1×10-6 1.5×10-6 3.5×10-6 observed. Limit detection (LOD) limit quantification (LOQ) found 2.53×10-8 8.43×10-8 respectively. developed PAMCPE successfully shows better electrochemical towards when compared BCPE. Preparation characterization both electrodes simple easier. This has derived a standard method real samples.
